Liam Aiken est né le 7 janvier 1990 dans les environs de New-York. il est maintenant agé de 16 ans et est déjà connu des cinéphiles pour avoir interprété le beau-fils réticent de Julia Roberts dans ma meilleure enemie de Chris Columbus et le fils de Tom Hanks dans les sentiers de la perdition de Sam Mendes.
Il débute sus scène à six ans dans "Maison de Poupée" et fait un an plus sa première apparition à l'écran en interprétant le fils de Parker Posey dans le film de Hal Hartley henry fool.
